EXCHANGES

Products purchased online can only be exchanged incase of defected item, the defect must be reported within 24 hours of the purchase by the customer. Only in such an event that the purchased good is unused and undamaged by the customer will it be exchanged. A defected item can be exchanged but no refund will be offered.

REFUNDS

We have a no refunds policy unless the product is no longer available.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and order has been processed as there is no cash refund available.

We have the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock or does not pass through quality control.
